Guidelines for Design-Bid-Build

The following documents are the Department of Enterprise Services' Division 01 DBB basic templates set up with Specifier Notes for the A/E Consultant to use in the preparation of Contract Documents for each Public Works Project Manual. Each Specifier Note (in red) and Example (in blue) is designed to aid the A/E to edit the document as needed to match the project and should be deleted once that section is edited appropriately. Additionally, the header of each document should be edited to include the Client Name and Project Number.

All Bid Docs to be reviewed by DES after October 1, 2022, must have these included.
