IT Professional Services Contracts

IT Professional Services (ITPS) is a portfolio of statewide IT service contracts.

We are in the process of restructuring our ITPS statewide contracts to simplify the process for vendors and customers.

The new statewide contracts provide more opportunities for small, diverse and veteran-owned businesses.

  • Provide more opportunities for small, OMWBE-certified diverse and veteran-owned businesses to work with the state.
  • Work just like our other statewide contracts, which simplifies the process for purchasers.
  • Will provide IT services through four contracts.

Register in Washington's Electronic Business Solution (WEBS)

Anyone who wants to sell to agencies or buy goods or services using a contract must register in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS).

All official communication and announcements related to the ITPS solicitations are available exclusively through WEBS.

What ITPS changes mean for vendors

  • You must register in WEBS to bid on contracts.
  • When you register in WEBS, we recommend you sign up to receive email notifications about bid opportunities for products or services you sell.
  • All vendors must submit bids in WEBS to be considered for an award on the new ITPS contracts.
  • As we launch the new ITPS contracts, we will close the corresponding categories in the two-tier contract.
  • We will post available ITPS contracts on our statewide contract portal.

What ITPS changes mean for purchasers

  • You no longer need to conduct your own solicitation for IT services. Instead, you will be able select from a list of vendors that are available on the statewide contract.
  • Many awarded vendors are small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses. Working with these vendors can help your agency meet your supplier diversity goals.
  • As we launch the new ITPS contracts, we will close the corresponding categories in the two-tier contract.
  • As of April 1, 2024, we closed categories 4 (Project Management) and 5 (Quality Assurance) in the two-tier ITPS contract 08215. Any work orders that were issued before April 1 will be valid until completion of the term in the order.
  • As of May 15, 2024, we are closing categories 6 (Software Testing) and 7 (Client/Server & Web Services) in the two-tier ITPS contract 08215. Any work orders that were issued before May 15 will be valid until completion of the project term.
