From I-5 Southbound:

Take I-5 Exit 105A. Where traffic merges, change to the left-hand lane. Using the roundabout, turn left onto Jefferson St. The building is immediately on your left.

From I-5 Northbound:

Take I-5 Exit 105A, and stay left. Using the roundabout, turn left onto Jefferson St. The building is immediately on your left.

Parking

The 1500 Jefferson visitor lot has a two-hour limit. There are sixteen regular stalls, two fifteen-minute stalls, and two ADA stalls. The entrance is the first left turn after you exit the roundabout. Follow the driveway toward the building entrance, then turn right to access the visitor lot.

If you need to park for longer than two hours or the spots are already full, additional visitor parking can be accessed by taking the first right turn onto Maple Park and taking an immediate right. If that lot is full, there is additional visitor parking available on Level A near the entrance of the Plaza Garage at Maple Park and Franklin. Metered street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Maple Park Ave and on 14th Ave. Capitol Campus parking costs $2/hr. weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is free on evenings and weekends. Parking fees can be paid by credit/debit card.

Visitors

Visitors to the Office Building must sign in at the security desk in the front lobby to receive a visitor badge. You will need an escort to your meeting location.

Visitors to the Conference Center (Floors 1 and 2) must sign in at the security desk in the front lobby to receive a visitor badge. You do not require an escort.

Visitors to the Training Center (Floor 3) must sign in at the security desk in the front lobby to receive a visitor badge. You do not need an escort to go to the Training Center.

Our normal business hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding state holidays.

Deliveries

Deliveries to 1500 Jefferson need authentication in order to be received. In the case of deliveries that need a signature, supervision, or access to the loading dock in the back of the building, delivery agents will need the front desk to call the recipient.

Deliveries to the front desk should use the fifteen minute parking stalls and be small enough to be able to be carried easily without assistance from a hand truck. Once you reach the front desk they will need to know who the delivery is for and will need to call them.

If a delivery is large enough to require a hand truck or freight cart, it will need to be delivered to the back of the building. The delivery agent will need to follow 16th Avenue around the building and turn in on Cherry Street behind the building. The driver will approach the intercom at the gate, and inform security of the company they are with, what they are delivering, and the name of the delivery recipient.
