Lost License Plates

Every state vehicle should have both front and rear license plates installed. If one of them is missing or lost, please notify Fleet Operations at 360-664-9215 option 0 or email mpmail@des.wa.gov.

Lost Fuel Cards

Fuel cards should never be kept in your state vehicle. Keep your fuel cards in the card pouch on your keychain. If your fuel cards are lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact Fleet Operations at 360-664-9215 option 0 or email mpdispatch@des.wa.gov.
