Washington State Association of Contract Specialists (WACS)

The Washington Association of Contract Specialists is for state employees whose job is related or connected to purchasing, procurement and contracting. WACS meetings occur twice a year for contracts specialists to discuss procurement and contracting issues of statewide significance, share information and learn about training opportunities.

Committee members

Membership in WACS is open to any employee of a Washington state agency who is interested in or whose job involves procurement and contracting.
