Being an Effective Sponsor of Change
The power of sponsorship is more than just managing people, it is about being clear on what changes need to happen and why. It can be articulating your vision for change in ways that are meaningful to others and then uniting them to push toward that change. This half-day course provides you with the tools needed to improve your leadership skills and increase your effectiveness as a sponsor of change, which positively influences your organization’s ability to achieve the desired results.

- Articulate three key characteristics of an effective sponsor of change.
- Perform a self-assessment related to sponsorship best practices and identify tactical actions to improve.
- Identify the steps to create and grow an inclusive change coalition.
