Workgroup Product
The Project Feedback Process Workgroup(PFPW) had 2 deliverables:
- The Project Feedback Process Workgroup reviewed the Project Review Committee (PRC) applications and developed questions specific to Owners to be added to address Owner Education. The intent was to allow the Owner an opportunity to educate internal staff on the select delivery method, and for the PRC to follow up during the review hearing to assess Owner Readiness towards a successful project. These questions were implemented with the PRC’s December 5, 2024 application updates.
- The Project Feedback Process Workgroup developed the following documents to assist the public works construction community’s need to report on projects that are potentially in violation of RCW 39.10. The goal is to help educate owners and the community on the appropriate and successful application of RCW 39.10’s alternative delivery methods for the benefit of the community as a whole. Recognizing CPARB and the PRC are not enforcement nor adjudicating bodies, the intent of the following process is to identify and connect with owners regarding potential violations at the lowest level possible and to identify areas where additional education may be needed. This process was approved by CPARB at the December 12, 2024 meeting, and the reporting form was finalized by April 1, 2025.
