Discover a transformative approach to leadership development using the Elemental Leadership® (EL) model. Just as the elements for earth, water, air, and fire are essential for life, we identified the fundamental elements essential for growth as a leader – grounding, reflecting, expanding, inspiring, and achieving.  The EL model takes a holistic approach to leadership by addressing the leader’s identity and role as well as the importance of aligning results with the organizations values and vision.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
