Word 2016 Level 2
This course teaches you to create and modify complex business documents with customized styles and themes using Word. You will work with customized lists, tables, charts, and graphics. This course also covers how to do mail merges, a skill that will be very useful at work.
Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
- Insert, change, and apply WordArt and SmartArt.
- Manage documents using custom themes and pre-formatted content.
- Use advanced character formatting.
- Create and modify paragraphs.
- Use reference tools and hyperlinks in documents.
- Insert table of contents and charts.
- Save and publish documents to distribute internally and externally.
- Mark documents as final, encrypt content, and restrict how users can edit.
- Perform a mail merge.
Recommended Prerequisite: We recommend you complete Word 2016 Level 1 or have equivalent experience before registering for this course.
Intended Audience: All audiences with experience using Word.
