Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Develop recruitment timelines with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Implement inclusive job posting strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  • Use performance-based interviewing techniques and the STAR method.
  • Create and apply structured interview questions.
  • Select qualified candidates from certified lists following proper procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment and interviewing process.
