You will explore the principles of Agile project management delivery, with a focus on Scrum and Kanban. The class features interactive discussions and hands-on activities. It also covers the knowledge needed for Section 701 compliance with the Washington State OCIO, effective July 1, 2023.

Prerequisite: We strongly recommend you complete Project Management Essentials before taking this class, but it is not required.
