The Family Medical and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) upholds a fundamental principle: employees should not have to sacrifice their own well-being or the care of their loved ones to maintain their job. FMLA acknowledges that workers are not only vital to the success of a company, but also play a key role in caring for their family’s health and well-being. This training offers an introduction to FMLA.
