The Franklin Covey 360° Assessment gives you insight into how you view yourself and how  others view you. This debriefing session helps you understand the results of your 360° Assessment and identify how to use this feedback in a positive, productive way.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

• Demonstrate an increased level of self-awareness.
• Know if your self-assessment was in-line with others’ assessment of you.
• Identify high-level themes, your strengths, and areas of needed development.
• Acknowledge the feedback received and manage your defensiveness, self-criticism, and over-optimism.
• Identify what actions to take based on the feedback.
