Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Course Code: 2276

Based on the groundbreaking work of Patrick Lencioni, this course explores how even the best teams can fall into chaos and struggle to sustain their performance goals. We will define the concept of “vulnerability-based trust” and look at why it is key to building and maintaining high performing teams. Bring an open mind and a willingness to look at your leadership abilities with a critical but constructive point of view. Through lecture, discussion, and interactive exercises we will discover where your team sits on the performance continuum and where improvements can be made.

This course offers specific, practical guidance for overcoming the five dysfunctions, using tools, exercises, assessments, and real-world examples. We will examine questions that all team should be asking themselves:  Are we really a team? How are we currently performing? Are we prepared to invest the time and energy required to be a great team?
