Transformational leaders plan and set goals for the future, and servant leaders serve as coaches. Unlike traditional leadership, which revolves around power at the top, servant leadership involves power-sharing, prioritizing others’ needs, and fostering individual development and excellence. This course helps you understand what servant leadership is, what its benefits are, and how to foster it in others. You will also learn how Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices are critical to any organization and how OCM plays a role in developing servant leadership skills.
