Workplace conflict, lack of communication, assumptions, and incivility are common in many organizations and have negative emotional and financial impacts. This course helps you make yourself understood and avoid constantly finding yourself facing the same problem with a coworker. When you and your colleagues communicate well, you have productive dialogue, prevent misunderstanding, and achieve effective conflict resolution.
