- Improve your nonverbal communication skills.
- Promote buy-in from resistant individuals.
- Analyze styles of conflict and how to better manage them in a coaching setting.
- Apply the “Conditions of Well-formedness” goal setting process.
- Assist others to overcome the blocks that prevent change and learning.
- Use the Motivation Strategy personally and with those you mentor/coach.
- Draw upon the driving values of those you mentor/coach to improve follow-through.
