InDesign is the leading tool for designing magazine, newsletter, and brochure layouts. In this class, you'll start with the basics of page layout and learn tips and techniques to boost your productivity. This course will help you create eye-catching print documents and practice efficient workflows.

This is part of the Graphic Design Certificate series.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Identify the elements of the Adobe InDesign workspace.
  • Understand working and managing objects.
  • Adjust text flow and typography.
  • Enhance documents with formats, color, and styles.
  • Use page elements and graphics.
  • Create, modify, and format tables.
  • Finalize documents.

Prerequisite: You should be familiar with Windows operating system before taking this course. Familiarity with Adobe software applications is helpful.
