Articulate Storyline is a tool used to create eLearning courses. This two-day, hands-on course gives you the skills to successfully use this program.   It helps you become comfortable with Storyline and guides you through developing interactive courses, from understanding the program’s structure to project planning. 

This course focuses on Articulate Storyline 360. Some features discussed in this course may not be accessible to users who are using Articulate Storyline 3 or earlier versions.

Performance Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  • Understand the planning and budgeting process for creating eLearning courses.
  • Use scenes, themes, master slides, and content slides.
  • Complete successful PowerPoint integration in Articulate Storyline.
  • Use functions to add content, create and format text boxes, work with lists, and add images, shapes, characters, and captions.
  • Demonstrate interactivity by adding buttons, changing button state, and creating layers and text entry fields.
  • Understand the basics of triggers and use conditional programming in projects.
  • Use variables such as managing, referencing, creating, and manipulating with triggers.
  • Apply audio and video to include animation.

Prerequisite: You must have access to a PC with a Windows operating system and Articulate Storyline 3 or 360. The free trial version of Storyline is acceptable, but some features may not be available.
